Stranger Things kicks off on November 6, 1983, in the city of Hawkins, Indiana, when Will Byers, 12 years old, after spending the day with friends playing Dungeons & Dragons mysteriously disappears upon returning home. His mother, Joyce, desperate, begins the search for Will, while the police chief Hopper begins to investigate on their own. Shortly after the disappearance of Will, a mysterious girl with strange abilities appears in a hamburger restaurant in the town. But in the development of research they will find that not only have to face a mysterious government organization, but sinister forces who plan to devour them all.
