Hannibal Lecter, as portrayed by Anthony Hopkins, comes to life in Funko Pop! Vinyl form.

Directed by Jonathan Demme and adapted from Thomas Harris’s 1988 novel of the same name, The Silence of the Lambs stars Jodie Foster as Clarice Starling, who is assigned by the FBI to investigate a bizarre and gruesome series of murders, carried out by Buffalo Bill. To track down the murderer, Starling turns to incarcerated psychopathic cannibal Hannibal Lecter (Hopkins) for help.

The film, a critical and box office success, became the third film to win Academy Awards in the top five categories: Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, and Best Adapted Screenplay. The other two films that have accomplished this include It Happened One Night and One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.

In 2001, Hopkins reprised the role of Hannibal Lecter for the Ridley Scott-directed sequel Hannibal.
